Job Summary

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Senior Demand Generation Specialist to build and scale our demand generation engine. This role will be responsible for creating qualified pipeline at the top of the funnel and ensuring that our marketing investment directly translates into sales opportunities.

You will work closely with our Product Marketer (who owns messaging and positioning) and Sales team to turn strategy into measurable outcomes. This role requires someone with the ability to both design strategy and execute campaigns hands-on.


Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Ownership

    • Build and execute a demand generation strategy that delivers qualified leads for our sales team.

    • Develop the campaign calendar across channels (SEO SEM paid social content syndication webinars email referral programs).

  • SEO & Content Distribution

    • Lead SEO growth through high-intent keyword targeting topic clusters and technical optimization.

    • Partner with product marketing to ensure content is distributed effectively across organic and paid channels.

  • Performance Marketing

    • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads LinkedIn and other channels.

    • Run systematic A/B tests for messaging creative and landing pages.

  • Lead Nurturing & Conversion Optimization

    • Build nurture workflows to move leads from MQL SQL Opportunity.

    • Optimize conversion paths on the website (CTAs forms demo requests).

  • Analytics & Reporting

    • Define and track KPIs (traffic growth MQL volume SQL conversion rates CAC).

    • Build dashboards that clearly show funnel health and pipeline contribution.

    • Regularly report on ROI of campaigns and make budget allocation recommendations.

  • Collaboration & Enablement

    • Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing to ensure campaigns align with positioning.

    • Partner with Sales to ensure lead quality and feedback loops.



Requirements

  • 6 years in marketing with at least 3 years focused on B2B demand generation (ideally SaaS or tech-enabled services).

  • Proven track record of owning pipeline targets and delivering measurable revenue impact.

  • Strong experience in SEO SEM paid media and marketing automation tools.

  • Analytical mindset with expertise in campaign measurement attribution and funnel optimisation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

  • Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced remote-first environment.
