Trilyon is hiring an experienced SAP Demand Planning Analyst with strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and SAP S/4HANA planning modules. The SAP Demand Planning Analyst will play a crucial role in driving accurate demand forecasts ensuring data consistency across systems and improving end-to-end planning visibility.

The SAP Demand Planning Analyst will be responsible for handling master and transactional data management performing MRP planning and integrating SAP data into external or advanced planning systems. This role involves close collaboration with production procurement and supply chain teams to align forecasts manage data quality and ensure system reliability.

• Manage and execute demand planning processes using SAP S/4HANA in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

• Perform detailed Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and ensure accurate synchronization between supply and demand signals.

• Handle master data setup and maintenance including Material Master Bill of Materials (BOM) Routing and Production Version (PV).

• Manage transactional data such as Production Orders Purchase Orders Sales Orders Stock Transport Orders (STO) and Forecasts.

• Execute ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes for SAP S4 data to planning systems ensuring integrity and completeness of data.

• Create and maintain Functional Design Documents (FDDs) Test Scenarios and Test Cases to validate data flow and planning accuracy.

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify and resolve planning and data-related issues.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline SAP planning processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.

• Provide insights and recommendations on planning parameters forecast accuracy and inventory optimization.

• Ensure alignment of SAP data structures with business and supply chain strategies.

• 6 10 years of experience as an SAP Demand Planning Analyst or in a similar planning/analyst role.

• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Planning MRP and integration with manufacturing and logistics modules.

• In-depth experience with master data management (Material BOM Routing PV).

• Proven experience working with transactional data (Production Orders Purchase Orders STO Sales Orders Forecasts).

• Experience with ETL processes between SAP and external planning or analytics systems.

• Strong documentation skills for creating FDDs test scenarios and test cases.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and planning processes preferred.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
