About the Role
We re seeking a Chief of Staff to partner directly with our CEO and executive team. This is a high-impact role designed for an MBA graduate who is eager to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of strategy operations and leadership. You ll work at the center of Zetta s most important initiatives driving alignment building clarity and ensuring execution across the business. This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious analytical and entrepreneurial early-career professional to accelerate their growth alongside visionary leadership.
Responsibilities
Partner with the CEO to define prioritize and track company-wide strategic initiatives.
Build dashboards models and reports that support executive decision-making.
Translate strategy into execution ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
Lead special projects across departments (Sales Tech Finance HR) to drive growth and efficiency.
Prepare board materials investor updates and internal briefings.
Act as a thought partner on communications and company-wide alignment.
Research market trends competitor movements and emerging AI innovations to inform strategy.
Requirements
MBA graduate with a strong academic foundation in strategy operations or finance.
Minimum 2 5 years of professional experience (consulting finance operations or startup experience preferred).
Exceptional communicator clear concise and confident in both written and verbal formats.
Analytical structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset resourceful adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity.
Passion for emerging technologies AI and the future of global business.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Houston TX.
U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no visa sponsorship at this time).

1-3 years of experience in a product-related role (Product Specialist, Product Analyst, Product Owner, or Business Analyst). Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in client-facing roles with strong stakeholder management abilities. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, ScrumBan, or similar). Experience in managing Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives. Strong knowledge of JIRA & Confluence for backlog management, documentation, and reporting. Ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks. Experience in managing product backlogs and writing user stories. Strong documentation skills, ensuring clarity in product features and workflows. Experience working with UI/UX teams to improve product usability and adoption. Ability to monitor Jira boards, track team performance, and identify bottlenecks. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving impediments. Experience in the transportation industry is a plus but not mandatory.
