Job Description
We are currently seeking passionate and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Travel Agents. In this role you will assist clients in planning and booking unforgettable vacations cruises resort stays and group travel experiences. Your focus will be on providing personalized service managing trip logistics and offering expert recommendations to help clients create stress-free travel plans.
Whether its a family getaway honeymoon or dream vacation youll be the go-to guide for making it all come together.
Key Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to determine travel needs preferences and budget

Research and recommend travel options including accommodations activities and transportation

Book flights hotels cruises tours and car rentals on behalf of clients

Build customized travel itineraries and maintain accurate booking records

Stay up to date on current travel trends destinations and supplier offerings

Provide responsive support before and during clients trips
Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic computer skills (e.g. email internet browsing document management)

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Previous experience in customer service hospitality or travel planning is a plus
