Are you a passionate F&B professional who is not afraid of thinking outside the box Then we have the job for you! As a Senior Restaurant Manager you will strategically lead the Food & Beverage team to take guest satisfaction to the next level. Oversee our signature restaurant Browns Beach House AAA 4 Diamond award winning Regional Hawaiian cuisine. Direct Hale Kai - our casual high-volume beachside restaurant. Ensure exceptional service for the Beach & Pool experience. Manage the Beverage program through Hale Kai Bar and Kahakai Bar.

What you will be doing:
- Hands on management of Restaurants and Bars
- Lead mentor and train the Food & Beverage operations team
- Create unforgettable experiences for our guests
- Ensure all situations are handled with our values in mind - Respect Integrity Teamwork and Empowerment
- Maintain high Food & Beverage standards
- Creatively generate Revenue
- Maximize profitability through effective cost control and labor management
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Communicate thoughts actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
- Ability to lead by example believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
- A passion for Food & Beverage on trend knowledge.
- Beverage experience is a plus.
- AAA 4 Diamond or Forbes 4 Star restaurant experience preferred
Additional Information :
Salary Range: $85000 - $95000
Visa Requirements: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining U.S. work authorization.
