The Patient Service Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating all functions necessary for an efficient and productive flow of patients between check-in treatment and check-out. This position is the point-of-contact for all non-clinical patient service. Your big smile in our fun and energetic clinic in Salem Oregon will go a long way!
- Greet Patients
- Answer phones
- Electronic Scheduling/Book appointments
- Data Entry
- Verify current personal and financial information
- Verify insurance benefits
- Collect money over the counter
- Fax file and perform any other job-related duties assigned
- Schedule: PRN (as needed) with potential for up to 40 hours per week depending on department needs and candidate availability.
- Remote Work: This role may offer the opportunity for remote work after 90 days of employment contingent upon performance and departmental requirements.
Qualifications :
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 1 years of previous knowledge in a medical front office
- Excellent telephone skills
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Previous experience with medical software preferred
- Team player attitude and energetic with a focus on excellent customer service
- Available and flexible with your hours
- Close attention to detail
- Great time management and organizational skills

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $14.70 an hour. Salary is based on various factors including relevant experience knowledge skills other job-related qualifications and geography.
