Job Title: Curriculum Developer
Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company
Location: Moline IL 61265
Duration: 1 Year (Possible Extension)
Shift: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM (Mon Fri)
Position Overview
The Curriculum Developer design and develops engaging training content and performance improvement materials for marketing product and internal programs. The role involves scriptwriting digital asset management video production and collaboration across departments to ensure learning solutions meet business and learner needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain training curriculum and content for internal dealer and customer audiences.
- Write scripts and assist in video production for marketing and instructional purposes.
- Manage digital archiving and metadata for learning and marketing assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on content design and delivery.
- Analyze training effectiveness and identify learning needs or content gaps.
- Prepare reports organize documentation and resolve content-related queries.
- Support special projects such as customer events product demos and feature videos.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6 12 months of experience coordinating projects or supporting content development.
- Strong writing communication and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of curriculum design learning principles and training delivery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Education or related field.
- 2 years of experience in video production scriptwriting or content development.
- Familiarity with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Final Cut Pro) and digital asset management systems.
- Strong presentation planning and data analysis skills.
Additional Information
- Standard hours: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Monday to Friday.
- Minimal travel required for on-site shoots.
- No overtime expected.
