Qualifications :
- Bachelors/Masters in HR Business Administration Finance or equivalent.
- 5 years C&B experience with substantial global/regional CoE involvement; proven success in dynamic high-growth environments with evolving systems.
- Comprehensive compensation expertise including job evaluation mastery (Mercer IPE experience valuable) and track record leading transformational reward projects.
- Exceptional analytical rigor with process improvement focus; advanced Excel capabilities and resilience in manual data environments when necessary.
- Superior communication presentation and stakeholder management abilities; professional English proficiency essential.
