Whats your role in this journey
- Growth Marketing & Lead Generation:Design and execute scalable acquisition strategies using outbound platforms (e.g. ) paid media email ABM and partnerships to grow the pipeline.
- CRM & Automation:Build smart workflows and campaigns to personalize outreach and track engagement.
- Content & Campaign Strategy:Lead content creation (blogs whitepapers webinars gated tools) that drives SEO educates prospects and supports demand generation.
- Product-Led Growth Projects:Manage the development of a self-service platform where B2B clients can onboard and configure independently.
- Analytics & Optimization:Monitor performance run A/B tests and lead growth experiments based on real-time insights.
What do we expect from you
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.
- Fluency in Portuguese (PT) at native level.
- 2 years experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on demand generation digital channels and content strategy.
- Familiarity with paid media tools social media (Linkedin and Youtube) SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush) marketing automation platforms email marketing and CRM tools
- Strong copywriting skills for ad creatives landing pages social media campaigns blogs whitepapers case studies webinars and gated content
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and youre comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Skilled in interpreting data tracking KPIs and making data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance and lead conversion.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator with experience managing cross-functional marketing initiatives.

- Knowledge of SaaS business models (e.g. subscription freemium) with a focus on vertical Saas platforms or any software whose buyer personas come from the financial sector
