Manage and support B2B travel clients providing expert guidance on bookings itineraries and travel solutions.

Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and support business growth.
Stay up to date with travel industry trends promotions and products to provide informed advice to clients.

Who you are

Fluent in German and English both written and spoken.
Previous experience in travel agencies tour operators or customer service is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Proactive adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about travel and delivering outstanding client experiences.
