What are we looking for

Expertise inWindows Server administration. Install configure and maintainWindows Server environments(and later).
Strong knowledge ofActive Directory DNS DHCP Group Policy PKIs.
Experience withvirtualization platforms(VMware Hyper-V).
Scripting skills inPowerShell.
Understanding ofnetworking protocols(TCP/IP VPN LAN/WAN).
Ability totroubleshoot complex system issues.
