Portuguese company hires for hybrid work
Location:Lisbon Portugal
Working Model: Hybrid2/3 times per week in Client
Language Requirements:Fluent English / Portuguese and spanish nice to have

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead to spearhead the delivery of strategic technical initiatives. This role will focus on managing the Technical Debt Backlog maintaining comprehensive Application Technical Documentation and overseeing Infrastructure Change Requests ensuring high-quality and efficient delivery across projects.
Key Deliverables
- Management and resolution of the Technical Debt Backlog.
- Creation maintenance and governance of Application Technical Documentation.
- Oversight and execution of Infrastructure Change Requests.
Must-Have Qualifications /must be clearly listed on your CV:
- Degree in Software Engineering Computer Engineering or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within global and cross-functional teams.
- Strong critical analysis problem-solving and quality-focused mindset.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality reliable solutions.
- Solid knowledge of application technologies and hands-on implementation experience.
- Demonstrated experience in designing complex technical solutions.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Agile methodology Jira and Confluence.
- Additional language skills: Portuguese and Spanish.
- Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities sector and GDPR.
- Prior project management or leadership experience.
