We are looking for a skilled and motivated professional to join our Fixed Access Operations and Support team. This role is essential for ensuring seamless network evolution reliable service activation and high-quality connectivity for our customers. If you have hands-on experience with GPON/XGSPON technologies strong troubleshooting capabilities and a passion for delivering technical excellence we would love to hear from you.

Mission

Support the Fixed Access Operations and Support team in ensuring smooth network evolution and service activation. Contribute to delivering high-quality connectivity to customers through efficient migrations service provisioning and operational excellence.

Role

Execute migrations from MA5600 to MA5800 platforms ensuring full service continuity.
Activate and configure XGSPON services in accordance with technical specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to fixed access equipment.
Conduct post-migration testing and validation to guarantee network stability.
Collaborate with internal teams on the planning and execution of critical activities.
Adhere to hybrid work practices and established operational procedures.

Profile

Technical Skills:

Solid knowledge of GPON/XGSPON networks.
Experience with Huawei MA5600/MA5800 equipment.
Strong troubleshooting capabilities in access networks.
Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.

Education & Experience:

4 years of professional experience.
Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecommunications or IT.
Languages: Portuguese (fluent) English (B2).
