- Support clients with delivery concernstrack shipments resolve issues and check stock availability.
- Troubleshoot technical or account-related problems offering clear and effective solutions.
- Deliver accurate real-time responses to all customer inquiries.
- Maintain thorough and organized records of customer interactions and actions taken.
