Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Bachelors degree in IT and/or comparable job expertise;
Relevant salesforce platform development experience;
Full life-cycle Salesforce implementations with strong expertise in 1 of the following modules: Sales Cloud Service Cloud etc;
Experience in using project management and collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence;
Design and develop integrations between applications and other systems as may be required by customers;
Willingness to work in an agile setup to think outside the box and to help overcome roadblocks;
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile SCRUM etc);
Analytical capacity and approach study and understanding of complex scenarios;
Result-oriented and communicative team player.
Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
