TEST MANAGER RETAIL LAB (HYBRID)

A Test Lead / QA Lead to join an international project in the Energy sector.

Responsibilities:

Report advanced KPIs and project status for the QA Testing stream

Design the Test Strategy and Master Test Plan

Act as Test Lead (managing up to 5 team members or overseeing more than 2 projects simultaneously)

Manage stakeholders effectively

Ensure compliance with Test Management tools (JIRA Xray)

Supervise team members adherence to the QA Framework

Identify QA Testing stream risks and define mitigation actions

Requirements:

Fluency in spoken and written English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)
