We are looking for a talented Salesforce Service Cloud Developer with solid experience in data migration and a strong understanding of the automotive this role you will design develop and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to enhance customer service operations ensuring smooth and secure data migration from legacy systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce Service Cloud platform
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Lead and execute data migration projects from legacy CRM or ERP systems to Salesforce
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems
- Develop and maintain Apex classes triggers Lightning components and Visualforce pages
- Ensure data integrity security and compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Provide technical support guidance and training to end-users and administrators
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases emerging technologies and trends in the automotive industry
Required Qualifications(must be clearly listed on your CV):
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Proven expertise with data migration tools such as Data Loader MuleSoft or Informatica
- Strong proficiency in Apex SOQL Lightning Web Components and Salesforce APIs
- Experience in the automotive sector or with automotive CRM processes (e.g. dealer management service scheduling warranty systems)
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer I/II Service Cloud Consultant) highly preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g. Gearset Copado)
- Understanding of customer service KPIs and automotive service workflows
- Experience with Talend or similar ETL tools
