Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Implementation and continuous development of the global master data management (MDM) and cross-system master data processes;
- Conceptualization and introduction of standards & methods in coordination with departments (e.g. Engineering Controlling Supply Chain ...) business units and central departments;
- Participation and potentially leadership of specific MDM project initiatives (e.g. roll-out governance) as well as conducting process analyses and creating requirement concepts;
- Creation of change impact analyses and derivation of necessary process and organizational change requirements;
- Creation of documentation / training materials and conducting trainings;
- Be a central point of contact / consultant for departments and business units on a global level.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
Education: Bachelor or Master degree (Computer Science or Business Informatics) or equivalent qualification;
Experience & Know-How:
- Several years of professional experience in master data management (MDM) as well as in data and process modeling of complex scenarios;
- Methodologies for project work preferably in agile project management in an international environment;
- Ability to translate customer requirements into technical specifications for implementation in IT systems;
- Strong analytical understanding of processes and systems;
- Proficient use of office applications;
- Excellent knowledge of mapping master data objects in SAP (ERP / MDG) PDM PIM as well as in logistics and reporting systems.
Languages: Excellent English skills (written and verbal).
Personality:
- Structured approach and targeted communication.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
