Position Description:
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Program Compliance this role you will play a crucial part in managing their safety programs and ensuring compliance with established procedures. Youll be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks with a strong focus on record-keeping communication and coordination.

Responsibilities:
- Manages the Citizen/Employee Complaint and Traffic Citations/Violations Program. Receives documents and follows up on all safety-related citizen complaints employee complaints and employee traffic citations/violations received from various police departments.
- Coordinates and research cases. Coordinates records and obtains necessary background information for complaints citations and violations. You will prepare responses for each case as directed by the Chief of Health & Safety and conduct follow-up actions to ensure timely payments for problem cases.
- Training and record-keeping. Registers employees for training classes including adding re-scheduling and canceling classes. You will enter all training records into the Human Resources Group (HRG) database and prepare and distribute training certificates to supervisors HRG and participating employees. You will also register new WSSC Water drivers for Defensive Driving and other safety classes.
- Calendar and scheduling. Prepares a bi-annual 6-month safety training calendar coordinating class locations dates and times with instructors and supervisors.
- General office support. You will review and distribute mail greet and assist visitors and callers and perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills Required:
- Proficiency in office automation software including Word Excel PowerPoint and email/internet applications.
- A solid understanding of modern office practices procedures and equipment.
- The ability to perform mathematical computations and tabulations with speed and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to adhere to prescribed routines.
- The ability to write clear and professional correspondence.
- Proficiency in the operation of personal computers and other standard office equipment.

Required Education & Experience:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in a safety office.
