Job Overview

Are you a mobile app marketing expert who thrives on data-driven growth performance creatives and scaling user acquisition We re seeking a high-performance App Marketing Specialist to join our growing remote team.

You ll be responsible for planning launching optimizing and scaling mobile ad campaigns across multiple platforms while testing creatives improving app store visibility and lowering CPI. This is a long-term recurring role with significant room for growth for results-focused professionals.

What You ll Be Doing

  • Design launch and manage high-performance mobile UA campaigns across Google Ads Apple Search Ads Meta TikTok Unity AppLovin and other DSPs.

  • Run creative testing cycles (video banners UGC-style ads) to discover winning concepts.

  • Leverage MMP tools (e.g. Adjust Appsflyer) and Firebase for attribution cohort analysis and forecasting.

  • Perform deep performance analysis (ROAS CPI LTV retention churn) to guide bid strategies and creative decisions.

  • Use tools like AppTweak MobileAction and Sensor Tower to analyze competitors and find keyword opportunities.

  • Recommend and execute A/B experiments on onboarding flows paywalls subscription pricing and in-app funnels.

  • Build and optimize funnels from first ad impression in-app purchase/subscription conversion.

  • Collaborate with product and creative teams to align messaging across paid organic and in-app channels.

  • Prepare concise reports with actionable insights from campaign analytics.

Requirements

  • 2 years in mobile app marketing (UA or growth).

  • Proven success scaling UA campaigns with measurable ROI (e.g. reduced CPI improved ROAS increased LTV).

  • Strong skills in A/B testing and creative optimization across multiple ad platforms.

  • Familiarity with the full app funnel: install activation monetization retention.

  • Experience using Firebase Adjust AppTweak MobileAction Sensor Tower and ad dashboards (Meta/Google).

  • Solid understanding of subscription models onboarding UX and growth loops.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (client-facing level).

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with top-charting or high-DAU apps multilingual localization or TikTok/UGC ad formats.

  • Worked with early-stage startups or taken apps from soft launch to scale.

  • Familiarity with AI/GPT-powered creative testing or automation tools.
