ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Analytics Consultant at NielsenIQ you will work on high-impact pricing and promotion projects for leading FMCG brands across Eastern Europe. You will transform complex data into actionable insights that influence strategic decisions at the highest level. This is a project-based role: you will execute ad hoc consulting projects sold by the sales team focusing on analysis and recommendations rather than ongoing client management.

You will also have the opportunity to be part of the ongoing NielsenIQ RGM service transformation and collaborate with global and regional teams expanding your international experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be part of an international project team that helps FMCG clients optimize pricing and promotion strategies across Eastern Europe.

  • Conduct pricing analyses and promotional evaluations to develop actionable insights.

  • Convert analytical results into business-focused client-ready reports and materials for working sessions and presentations.

  • Use NielsenIQ tools and methodologies to answer business questions and support revenue management decisions.

  • Strengthen client relationships through deep understanding of their issues and providing value-added expertise in pricing and Strategic Revenue Management.

  • Coordinate project execution across expert teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Bachelors degree preferably in Business Economics or Mathematics.

  • 23 years of experience in a similar position or business role.

  • Previous experience in the FMCG industry preferably in revenue management trade marketing consumer insights key account/category management or consulting.

  • High level of business relationship skills.

  • Strong Business English knowledge both verbal and written.

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills; able to translate findings into clear actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Strong communication and visualization skills; interested in storytelling techniques.

  • Comfortable working in a digital-enabled environment.

  • Experience working with Power BI would be an asset.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
