The opportunity
We are looking for a R&D Senior Software Developer to drive innovation and solution development in Grid this role you will collaborate with dynamic global technology teams with niche competences and cutting-edge technology. You will be developing the power grids of the future creating software that is used in crucial infrastructure and real time. The product is designed to have a long life while also being very efficient and secure.

How youll make an impact
- Develop state of the art technology for the power grids of the future as technical leadership of a small collocated development team
- Achieving business goals through designing and developing code
- Working in the areas of general technology stack recommendations product/solution security and future solutions architecture
- Assuring high code quality through unit tests and adherence to software development best practices like Clean Code SOLID and code reviews.
- Work in an agile environment. Improving technical skills and knowledge of the projects business domain.
- Be part of a global organization meeting people and customers from all around the world.

Your Background
- You have a degree from university in computer science/engineering or other relevant education.
- You have 5 years of experience as Senior Developer or Technical Lead position
- Proven experience in similar software developer roles programming in C and C#.
- Capability to read and understand Fortran code will be a plus
- Practitioner using AI tools to improve development efficiency
- You have experience with Docker Kubernetes and Linux.
- You have experience in software optimization and improving performance
- Proficiency in English both verbal and written is required.
- You do not stand still when you do not know something and have a sense of humor flexible communication skills required to be a team player
- It is important that technology is your passion and a willingness to share your knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
