Job Description
- Taking care of proper flow of documents (mainly invoices) in accounting department
- Entering payments into the banking system
- Monitoring due date of payments to vendors
- Reconciliation credit cards spendings with costs invoices
- Assistance in cost invoices bookkeeping under supervision of the Chief Accountant
Qualifications :
- 1-2 year experience in an accounting - related position (preferably in an accounting office)
- Experience in operating accounting software (preferably ERP Optima) as an advantage
- At least middle advanced in Excel
- Good English and Polish skills (B2 level)
- Well-organized
- Commitment to work proactivity and readiness to cooperate within the team
