Job Description
This is a remote position.
About the Role:
We re looking for remote sales representatives for our USA-based client who is a premium childrens entertainment services provider based in California USA. They have operated for 20 years sending professional entertainers (dressed as fairies mermaids pirates etc.) to childrens birthday parties corporate family events and public festivals.
Event planners and parents hire them when they want children to be completely engaged and happy during events like weddings corporate parties birthdays and large-scale events while adults can relax and enjoy themselves. Their entertainers dont just pose for photos they run activities like face painting magic shows games and crafts.
What You ll Do;-
- Answer 95% of leads within 15 minutes during your shift
- Close 40% of leads you personally handle into bookings
- Handle 5-15 new inquiries per shift (varies by season)
- Update CRM with detailed conversation notes
- Follow up on 10-20 warm leads from previous days
- Support the main sales team with administrative tasks during slow periods
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- Previous work experience with American customers via phone (not just chat)
- E-commerce or service based industry support sales at US companies customer service for American businesses
- Must have handled objections pricing discussions and closing sales conversations
- Natural night owl or previous rotating shift success - this schedule must be sustainable for you
- Excellent spoken English that Americans find easy to understand and trust
- Sales experience helping people choose between options/packages
- Emotional intelligence to handle stressed parents without getting flustered
- Business communication skills for professional event planners
- Self-discipline to work independently without constant management
- Not willing to work late night to early morning hours to align with Pacific Time.
- Need constant supervision or hand-holding
- Cant handle emotional customers professionally
- Struggle with complex pricing discussions
- Looking for a temporary job while finding something else
