Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in GoHighLevel CRM. This role blends CRM management sales and marketing to ensure consistent lead generation strong customer follow-ups and measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize GoHighLevel CRM including automation of nurture sequences and workflows.
- Generate quotes follow up with leads via text email and phone and close deals.
- Send invoices secure payments and assist customers with financing options.
- Develop launch and track social media direct mail and other marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with vendors and coordinate with teams to drive business growth.
- Monitor lead generation and adjust strategies to meet targets.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with GoHighLevel CRM.
- Strong sales and marketing skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Highly organized and results-oriented.
- Self-starter capable of adapting strategies independently.
- Comfortable working U.S. business hours and communicating clearly in English
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Quiet home office work environment
- A fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps with internet backup available
- Dependable electricity with power backup available
- At least 8-gen i3 processors 8GB RAM and Windows or MAC SSD Disc
