Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM
- Client Timezone: Australian Eastern Time
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and advertising strategies across all channels
- Manage social media campaigns and daily social media presence
- Create content calendars and marketing materials for the entire year
- Assist with website management and optimization
- Develop thought leadership content and campaigns on LinkedIn
- Create lead generation materials including ebooks and other downloadable resources
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns using platforms like HubSpot and Active Campaign
- Manage Google ads campaigns and other paid advertising initiatives
- Present strategic marketing plans and recommendations to company leadership
- Take full ownership of the marketing function and drive measurable ROI
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media marketing and campaign management
- Knowledge of Google ads management and digital advertising platforms
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot Active Campaign etc.)
- Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects
- Experience creating marketing content including ebooks social media posts and email campaigns
- Understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization
- Ability to present strategies and results to senior leadership
Scope:
- Strategic partner role with autonomy to develop and implement marketing strategies
