Social Media Intern

British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Intern in Bucharest (fixed-term).

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support functional operations within the Social Media team including processing of purchase orders giveaway regulations ensuring alignment with legal requirements.
• Lead small to medium-scale communication projects from concept to delivery under the guidance of the Social Media Manager ensuring timely execution and brand consistency.
• Prepare regular performance reports for social media and PR campaigns interpret key metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with external agencies by preparing creative briefs consolidating feedback and ensuring deliverables meet objectives and timelines.
• Gain in-depth understanding of internal projects contribute ideas and provide operational support as needed.
• Monitor online brand presence flag engagement opportunities and support community management efforts where required.
• Stay informed about social media trends platform updates and best practices.

What are we looking for

• Student or recent graduate;
• A maximum of 2 years of relevant work and/or internship experiences;
• Mandatory good knowledge of the English language (reading writing speaking);
• Good computer skills (MS Office);
• Good knowledge of social media marketing;
• Relevant extra-curricular initiatives (volunteering project-based experience internship);
• Very good self-management skills (proactive active learning) and minimum analytical skills;
