Splace BPO is looking for a driven and professional Appointment Setter to join our growing sales support this key role you will be the first point of contact for homeowners and businesses playing a vital role in driving interest and scheduling roof inspection appointments. As an Appointment Setter youll be responsible for generating qualified leads clearly communicating the benefits of Roof Plug solutions and helping the sales team increase conversion rates through well-targeted and timely appointments.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to homeowners and businesses to schedule roof inspection appointments.
- Clearly communicate the benefits and features of Roof Plug services to potential customers.
- Qualify leads to ensure appointments meet company standards and sales requirements.
- Maintain an organized and accurate database of leads appointments and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve appointment quality and conversion rates.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns professionally.
- Meet or exceed daily weekly and monthly performance targets for calls appointments and lead quality.

- Proficient with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and sales tools; familiarity with dialer and email automation is a plus.
- Ability to qualify leads accurately and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong organizational time-management and data-entry skills.
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work on a CST Timezone
