Initial focus onwarm leads before transitioning to cold outreach
Email-based communication only (no phone calls initially)
Use of established templates and CRM system
Report to and schedule calls for the founding team
Flexible working hours (within a 4-hour block or spread across the day)
Follow up with warm leads from the company s platform dashboard and website contact forms via email
Nurture and update existing leads in the CRM system
Schedule calls between qualified prospects and the sales team
Communicate with potential customers (primarily teachers and educators) to understand their needs
Use existing email templates while following established outreach processes
Maintain consistent engagement with leads to keep them active in the sales funnel
Support the conversion of warm leads into paying customers
Strong written communication skills for professional email correspondence
Experience with CRM systems and lead management
Background in customer service or sales support preferred
Ability to work independently and maintain consistent follow-up schedules
Comfortable engaging with clients in the education sector (teachers educators)
Reliable internet connection and professional email etiquette
