You will provide consulting services to clients analysing their needs implementing software solutions and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Business Application Consulting team you will provide essential support to ServiceMax users maintaining accurate service data and smooth data flows. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems mentor junior team members and build meaningful client connections while navigating the intricacies of data operations. This role offers the chance to deepen your technical knowledge and enhance your personal brand in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-line support to ServiceMax users
- Resolve incidents and inquiries within defined service level agreements
- Investigate and troubleshoot data-related issues
- Execute data corrections and updates following governance procedures
- Maintain accurate service data and smooth data flows
- Support timely reporting for field operations and supply chain processes
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills
- Analyze complex problems to deliver impactful solutions
What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 4 to 8 years of experience in technical support data operations or IT service management roles
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelors Degree in Technology
- Experience in service delivery and integrated supply chain
- Exposure to Python AI and automation technologies
- Understanding change management and data governance
- Knowledge of ESG compliance and KPI tracking
- Experience in anomaly detection and audit readiness
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data issues
- Skills in executing data modifications and updates
- Familiarity with governance procedures for data accuracy
- Proficiency in Salesforce / Service Max including basic configuration and SOQL query skills
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI Excel SQL and SOQL
- Experience with ITIL processes or formal Customer Support frameworks
- Knowledge of data management principles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with ETL concepts and tools like Informatica IICS
- Strong communication skills to interact with global stakeholders and technical teams
- Experience in ServiceNow: Support ticket triage and issue resolution through ServiceNow or similar Incident tracking tools
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced Agile delivery environment
