We help our clients with advisory services such as IT & cloud strategy IT cost & governance IT operating model etc. We also work on the implementation of various IT applications e.g. CRM ERP and SharePoint.
About The Role
Design develop secure and extend a Dynamics 365 Customer Service Customer Engagement Sales Marketing
Analyze requirements and estimate effort for both the development of new features and customization of existing features
Develop applications within Microsoft cloud technologies leveraging on Azure Functions or Azure Logic Apps
Perform peer code reviews and participate in design sessions
Review test plans coordinate test execution and analyze test results to ensure functionality completeness and quality of solution
Communicate and work with clients regularly during the implementation cycle
Align with change management process and deploy code to Production QA etc.
Create and maintain functional requirements and technical specification documentation
Conduct training for clients as necessary as well as KT sessions with colleagues on best practices and/or new features
About You
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related course
Minimum 5 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Marketing Customer Service Customer Engagement technical implementation
At least 5 end-to-end full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Platform
Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud environments such as Azure and Office 365
Proficient with X C# .NET or JavaScript
Experience with SQL Server database
Preferred to have one or more of the following technical certifications:
o Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant Associate
o Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate
