Job Summary
This is a remote position.
The Marketing & Creative Administrator is responsible for managing all marketing assets executing post-production workflows supporting social media content growth and delivering high-quality creative outputs across print and digital channels. The role requires strong technical capability attention to detail and proficiency across Adobe Creative Cloud and digital content platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Asset Administration
Administering all marketing assets - from after capture to edited for all formats. EG... images from various jobs are filed and stored correctly our editing workflow is created images colour corrected and editing using Photoshop/Bridge & Lightroom. This includes both video and photographic.
Collateral Creation
Using the templates I set up and converted into collaterals and resources that will be used eg across:
o Print
o Social Media - all channels
o Online
o Digital / Electronic digital mail
Social Media Content
Growth in content creation for social media channels.
Implement the social media calendar in collaboration with Kellie.
Audio Video & Design Production
Audio and video editing using Premiere Pro and Audition as needed to create professional video assets.
Graphic design creation as needed - be great if any interactive skills exist.
Research CRM & Admin Support
Research-related activities and administration of various activities such as:
o Content administration and high attention to detail for data management in CRM - this involves checking in on content quality ensuring information is uploaded etc. and adding information using tools such as import manual data entry
o Reporting and data analytics for example reporting from Meta Google etc. for ROI purposes
Requirements & Skills
Advanced/highly proficient user status within Adobe Creative Cloud
Competent in Canva
Appreciation of Relational Database - be great if any prior experience in Hubspot exists.
Excellent Australian English skills
Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
