As a Crew Performance Manager based in Auckland you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of up to 150 Cabin Crew across short and long-haul operations. You will oversee a mix of Onboard Managers Business and First-Class Flight Attendants and Flight Attendants ensuring high standards of safety service and performance are consistently met. Key responsibilities include coaching and development monitoring wellbeing including fatigue injury and sickness and managing day-to-day operational needs. The role requires occasional early starts weekend work and participation in a rotating on-call roster every 7 weeks to support emergencies or escalated situations. Collaboration across departments within the Qantas Group will also be essential to drive operational efficiency and support local initiatives that enhance crew performance and engagement.
