We are seeking a Human Ethics and Regulatory Coordinator to join our Research Ethics Team within the Research and Integrity Office (RIO).
In this role you will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Research Ethics Team administering and facilitating regulatory approvals and ethics applications systems and committees including the University of Auckland Human Participants Ethics Committee (UAHPEC) and the Auckland Health Research Ethics Committee (AHREC).
You will be the first point of contact for ethics-related queries manage key workflows such as Minor Amendment Requests and Low Risk applications and maintain accurate records of committee activities. You will also play a vital role in onboarding new committee members supporting committee operations and ensuring processes meet regulatory requirements.

This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) fixed-term role for 9 months.
The salary range for this role is $62400 - $77800 per annum prorated depending on experience and qualifications.
