Job Summary
Required Skills & Experience
5 years of experience with One Identity Manager in an enterprise environment.
In-depth understanding of IAM principles including authentication authorization and access control.
Proven experience in customizing the One Identity data model and implementing bespoke IAM logic.
Proficiency in or equivalent programming languages.
Strong knowledge of One Identity APIs and connector frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft IAM technologies especially in hybrid and cloud environments.
Strong understanding of DevOps tools and practices including containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) CI/CD (e.g. Azure DevOps) and infrastructure automation (e.g. Terraform Ansible).
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure AWS or GCP) with a preference for Microsoft Azure.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage the full IAM project lifecycle from requirements to support.
Preferred Qualifications.
Certifications in relevant areas (e.g. One Identity Certified Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Azure DevOps Engineer Expert etc.).
Experience in regulated industries (e.g. finance healthcare) and familiarity with compliance standards (e.g. GDPR SOX ISO 27001).
