Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking referrals and digital prospecting tools.
Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
Conduct client meetings presentations and negotiations to close sales.
Use CRM systems analytics dashboards and other digital tools to track leads manage pipelines and report performance.
Develop tailored proposals and presentations based on client needs.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on sales strategies and campaigns.
Stay up to date with industry trends competitor activity and digital sales best practices.
Provide timely feedback and insights to improve customer engagement and product positioning.
Core Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in sales account management or business development.
Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to use digital tools such as CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) LinkedIn Sales Navigator or equivalent.
Comfort with virtual sales meetings online demos and digital engagement channels.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Nice to Have
Experience selling in Financial Technology products.
Familiarity with data-driven sales approaches and KPI tracking.
Exposure to marketing automation tools or social selling techniques.
