Lead coach and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and collective revenue goals.
Develop and execute business development strategies focused on insurance loans and financial products.
Build strategic partnerships with financial institutions brokers and other ecosystem players.
Identify market trends customer needs and competitive opportunities to refine go-to-market approaches.
Drive team adoption of digital sales tools (CRM analytics platforms social selling tools) to track performance and optimize workflows.
Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing ensuring best practices are applied consistently.
Collaborate with marketing product and customer success teams to align growth initiatives.
Report regularly to senior management on performance forecasts and market opportunities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all sales and partnership activities.
Core Skills & Qualifications
Proven track record in business development sales leadership or account management within fintech banking or financial services.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating sales teams.
Excellent negotiation communication and presentation abilities.
Familiarity with digital tools for sales management (CRM platforms pipeline analytics LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Knowledge of insurance lending and broader financial products.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Nice to Have
Existing relationships within the financial services or fintech ecosystem.
Experience with partnership management or channel sales.
Understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
Exposure to scaling revenue in high-growth fintech environments.
