Job Summary
- Prepare and submit quality documentation for modular electrical products including procedures specifications and inspection standards.
- Support qualification and certification processes according to market access and customer requirements.
- Develop inspection criteria for raw materials in-process items and finished goods based on design and quality expectations.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of materials and components from suppliers; conduct statistical analysis and drive corrective actions when necessary.
- Identify and document non-conformities; coordinate with internal teams to investigate root causes and implement corrective measures.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quality Engineering Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control in any manufacturing industry (electrical or mechanical preferred).
- Comfortable working with Chinese teams or in companies with Chinese business practices.
- Able to use Mandarin as a working language; strong cross-cultural communication skills are a plus
