With global reach and established market in America APAC Europe and MEA we are now seeking to explore and groom great talents for the APAC team in conjunction with our Asia market expansion initiatives. This position offers unparalleled exposure and hands-on training providing a clear pathway to leverage into our business forefront. You will be involved in the sales process supporting the sales team and coordinating with back-office functions gaining invaluable knowledge and building a robust network within the exciting helicopter industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pre-Sales & Sales Support
Conduct research on new customer segments and available helicopter inventory to support business development
Prepare structured and informative helicopter proposals including detailed datasheets
Contribute to market analysis efforts to guide strategic planning and future growth initiatives
2. Sales Coordination & Project Management
Support the full sales process ensuring smooth execution from initial inquiry to transaction completion
Assist in drafting key commercial documents such as proposals Letters of Intent and Sale & Purchase Agreements
Collaborate across departments to align commercial operational and legal elements of each sale
3. Sales & Marketing Enablement
Help develop and maintain tools and resources that enhance sales team performance
Contribute to the creation of presentations reports and marketing documents
Participate in ongoing operational marketing efforts aimed at strengthening the brands market position
4. Program & Project Support
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Engineering Marketing Finance or related disciplines); international exposures or student-exchange experience is highly preferred
- Recent graduate or final-year student eligible for full-time employment
- Excellent articulation and strong proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus in global environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills experience in excelling across team collaborations and projects are highly preferred
- Tech-savvy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word)
- Analytical and has proven demonstration of critical thinking & problem solving capabilities
- Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and accountability
- Excellent time management and organizational skills able to multitask based on timeline urgency
- Positive and collaborative mindset with adaptability to multicultural and cross-functional teams
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced dynamic environment and willingness to unlock greater milestones in the aerospace industry
