Job Description
Construction Manager / Project Manager (Prestressing & Structural Solutions) - Specialist Contractor
Job Summary
We re looking for an experienced construction leader to manage and deliver challenging civil and structural projects including bridges prestressed structures and high-rise works. You ll be responsible for planning coordination and execution on-site ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and prepare construction programmes ensuring resources are in place before commencement
Lead and coordinate project teams consultants subcontractors and suppliers
Monitor progress quality safety and cost against project targets
Resolve technical and site issues with consultants and contractors
Maintain strong communication with clients stakeholders and authorities
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company standards
Requirements
Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years experience in civil & structural construction ideally in bridge methodology
Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders
Strong communication problem-solving and decision-making skills
Able to manage tight schedules and work independently
