The Depot Head is responsible for overseeing operations at the Kuching Depot. The role is centered on five main areas: ensuring incentive achievement delivering 5-star service maintaining strong relationships with authorities and stakeholders upholding compliance with all rules and regulations and managing systems data and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Incentive Achievement
Ensure that all Depot Ops Assistant and PUSH participants consistently meet their respective incentive targets.
Monitor performance and collaborate with support teams to address any shortfalls.
2. Service Excellence
Deliver and maintain 5-star service to all POOs (Point Of Origins) whether Credit or Cash accounts.
Implement strategies to continuously enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
3. Stakeholder & Authority Engagement
Build and sustain good working relationships with all relevant authorities and stakeholders.
Serve as the primary liaison to ensure smooth communication and promptly resolve operational issues.
4. Compliance Management
Ensure strict adherence to all internal policies and external regulations.
Implement and regularly review compliance protocols to maintain operational integrity.
5. Systems Data & Reporting
Ensure accurate use of all systems and maintain high standards for data entry
Prepare and submit all necessary reports and presentations as per internal and external requirements.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Logistics Operations Management or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Proven experience in depot or operational management with a focus on performance incentives customer service and compliance.
Experience managing teams and collaborating with specialized support functions.
Skills:
Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail in data management and reporting.
Proficient in using relevant systems and reporting tools.
