Job Description
- Assist the Senior Construction Manager in managing site activities across CSA and MEP scopes.
- Coordinate with contractors consultants and vendors to ensure smooth execution of works.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with project schedules and milestones.
- Review and verify technical drawings method statements and shop drawings.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards.
- Support testing and commissioning activities for MEP systems.
- Track and manage project documentation including RFIs change orders and progress reports.
- Facilitate cross-discipline coordination to resolve site issues and avoid delays.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to planning and problem-solving.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Mechanical Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10 - 15 years of experience in construction management with exposure to both CSA and MEP scopes.
- Experience in data center advanced manufacturing or commercial projects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction safety QA/QC procedures and local building codes.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. MS Project AutoCAD BIM).
- Excellent communication coordination and problem-solving skills.
