Construction Manager - Data Center

• Assist the Senior Construction Manager in managing site activities across CSA and MEP scopes.
• Coordinate with contractors consultants and vendors to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with project schedules and milestones.
• Review and verify technical drawings method statements and shop drawings.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards.
• Support testing and commissioning activities for MEP systems.
• Track and manage project documentation including RFIs change orders and progress reports.
• Facilitate cross-discipline coordination to resolve site issues and avoid delays.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to planning and problem-solving.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Mechanical Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10 - 15 years of experience in construction management with exposure to both CSA and MEP scopes.
• Experience in data center advanced manufacturing or commercial projects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction safety QA/QC procedures and local building codes.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. MS Project AutoCAD BIM).
• Excellent communication coordination and problem-solving skills.
