Responsibilities
Attend to and follow up with clients guiding them through the process of gathering documents and relevant information for their case.
Request receive and organize all necessary documentation from clients.
Maintain constant communication with clients to inform them about the status of their case and resolve any questions.
Manage schedules reminders and appointments related to the cases.
File and keep clients electronic and physical records up to date.
Collaborate with the legal team to ensure all information is complete and available in a timely manner.
Requirements
Minimum of one year of experience in customer service document management or a similar position.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and intermediate to advanced English.
Organization attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Discretion and confidential handling of information.
Administrative skills: managing calendars handling emails and following up on pending tasks.
Empathy and friendly treatment of clients.
Basic proficiency in digital tools and document management systems.
