Job Description

Position Overview:

Our Administrative Assistant supports the Immigration department in delivering exceptional service to clients navigating the immigration process. The role involves assisting with documentation maintaining records and ensuring the smooth operation of immigration applications.

Role Description:

The Administrative Assistants work on-site in CDMX.

As an Administrative Assistant you will gain valuable hands-on experience in processing immigration applications developing your skills through collaboration with experienced Immigration Consultants.

The tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Assist Immigration Consultants in preparing and processing various immigration applications and petitions.
  • Gather and organize necessary documentation from clients ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and update client records tracking the status of applications and requests.
  • Perform administrative tasks including filing data entry and maintaining organized physical and digital files.
  • Support the logistics of document submission including tracking deadlines and ensure timely communication with relevant authorities.
  • Assist in compiling reports and maintaining departmental statistics as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately.

RequiredQualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in immigration services legal assistance or a related administrative role is a plus.
  • Intermediate English level.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Speak and write in Spanish proficiently professionally and objectively.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
  • Strong desire to learn about immigration processes and regulations.
  • Willingness to learn ask questions investigate and understand the departments processes
