Job Description

We are searching for a Sales Manager with a deep and solid business background bilingual English level and with a good grasp of market analysis for our office in Mexico. The candidate will have the responsibility to develop our clients portfolio in the US market selling our technical proposal writing services to Startups and innovative Small Businesses.

Daily duties include direct sales and developing relationships with startup accelerators and incubator programs throughout the USA.

This position is highly entrepreneurial and She/He will also have to maintain personal relationships with customers based across the USA.

The position has a wide scope and includes functions ranging from concept validation to technical consultancy.


We require a candidate with:


  • Bachelor or Masters University degree in business-related studies
  • Experience selling technical services to Startups and Small businesses.
  • At least 2 years selling experience in the Industrial Technological or R&D consultancy.
  • C2 Grade A (C2.1) / Bilingual English speaker.
  • Travel availability 20% (USA) (Candidate must have a visa)

Skills:


  • Organized and methodical sales approach.
  • Design market sell and manage Proposal Writing & Public Funding services to several startups across the U.S.
  • Lead and strengthen business relationships with Startup Incubators Accelerators University Entrepreneurial Programs and Investors
  • Leadership problem-solving excellent oral and written communication skills required
  • Analytical financial and negotiation skills
  • Analytical with an affinity for finding new problems to solve.
  • Able to deliver under pressure and remain calm when working with deadlines.
  • Clear thinker motivated to bring order to chaos.
  • Highly energetic and motivating team leader.
  • Commercial mindset and entrepreneur at heart.
  • Imaginative creative and curious unafraid to innovate.
