Job Description

As a Network Support Engineer you ll provide expert technical support to global clients troubleshoot complex network issues and guide customers to seamless solutions. You ll act as a trusted advisor while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and long-term client success.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Provide technical support to customers worldwide.
  • Own and manage customer issues through to resolution.
  • Research diagnose troubleshoot and identify solutions with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Serve as a focal point for customer needs and act as a trusted advisor by understanding their business and aligning solutions.
  • Advocate for customers internally while collaborating with product management engineering sales and finance teams.
  • Track and monitor customer status to identify areas of concern and growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to building and expanding the company s Global Support Services.

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Strong computer skills especially in Networking TCP/IP Firewalls and proxy servers.
  • CCNA Certification or equivalent knowledge.
  • Understanding of VPNs IPSEC security protocols and standards.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and enthusiasm for solving real-world problems.
  • Effective English communication skills both oral and written.
  • Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Skilled in managing multiple tasks and collaborating with cross-cultural globally dispersed teams.
  • Reliable team player willing to work at least 5 shifts per week including weekends and holidays.
  • Advantageous: Experience with Cloud or SaaS technology providers.
  • Advantageous: Previous Tier 1 Support Engineer experience in security companies.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time
Shift: 8 AM 5 PM (5 working days per week between Monday Saturday)
Work setup: Work from Home
