Job Description
As a Network Support Engineer you ll provide expert technical support to global clients troubleshoot complex network issues and guide customers to seamless solutions. You ll act as a trusted advisor while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and long-term client success.
Your Daily Tasks
- Provide technical support to customers worldwide.
- Own and manage customer issues through to resolution.
- Research diagnose troubleshoot and identify solutions with a positive can-do attitude.
- Serve as a focal point for customer needs and act as a trusted advisor by understanding their business and aligning solutions.
- Advocate for customers internally while collaborating with product management engineering sales and finance teams.
- Track and monitor customer status to identify areas of concern and growth opportunities.
- Contribute to building and expanding the company s Global Support Services.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Strong computer skills especially in Networking TCP/IP Firewalls and proxy servers.
- CCNA Certification or equivalent knowledge.
- Understanding of VPNs IPSEC security protocols and standards.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and enthusiasm for solving real-world problems.
- Effective English communication skills both oral and written.
- Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Skilled in managing multiple tasks and collaborating with cross-cultural globally dispersed teams.
- Reliable team player willing to work at least 5 shifts per week including weekends and holidays.
- Advantageous: Experience with Cloud or SaaS technology providers.
- Advantageous: Previous Tier 1 Support Engineer experience in security companies.
