Job Summary

Manage the entire design cycle: from researching to crafting pixel-perfect UI for all scenarios and delivering to development
Conduct extensive product research based on support tickets data usability sessions competitor analyses and more
Map all possible scenarios and create product flows
Take charge of functional design and create wireframes from rough sketches to rich animated prototypes
Rapidly test validate and iterate on new ideas and prototypes
Deliver extraordinary visual designs in a fast paced environment
Analyze post-launch data and advocate for the prioritization of design centered iterations and usability improvements
Collaborate with product managers UX designers illustrators UX writers and software developers to define design and deliver thoughtful products and solutions
Experiment with new ways of working methodologies and tools to help shape the future of product development at Wix
Stay up-to-date on AI trends and find ways to apply new developments to your product

Qualifications :

5 years of work experience in product design preferably in product teams
Strong knowledge and appreciation for all areas of user experience design including user research testing information architecture interaction and visual design and content
Good understanding of AI/ML capabilities and how to apply them to real-world problems (no need for deep technical expertise but curiosity and practical application are essential)
Excellent communication organization and analytics skills with a passion for learning new things
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and pixel-perfect design solutions
Comfortable with ambiguity experimentation and fast iteration
Familiarity with Figma Sketch or similar design tools
Technical background or familiarity with HTML CSS JavaScript an advantage

Additional Information :

As an experienced Product Designer (UX & UI) youll join a newly formed team in Vilnius building innovative AI-driven solutions from the ground up in a flexible startup-like environment. This is a hands-on role focused on practical problem solving and fast iteration.

We work in small teams to create incredible things and we believe in the magic of face-to-face collaboration. So with our office-first approach (4 days/week in the office) youll enjoy a close-knit community and get support right away.
