What You Will Do:

• Design and build automated creative workflows that generate dynamic AI-powered experiences;
• Create prototypes and visual assets using Figma and/or creative automation tools like Creatomate;
• Design multi-step automated processes for workflow platforms such as n8n connecting APIs webhooks and JSON data;
• Experiment with AI tools to generate or enhance creative content (images videos or text);
• Collaborate closely with design development and product teams to integrate automation smoothly into creative pipelines;
• Map analyze and continuously improve creative automation workflows to increase efficiency and output quality;
• Test and iterate on new automation-driven creative concepts using data and user feedback;
• Stay up to date with emerging design automation technologies and best practices sharing insights with the team.

What We Expect:

• Strong design background: skilled in UI/UX and visual design using Figma;
• Experience with creative automation tools like Creatomate (dynamic media video or image generation);
• Basic understanding of APIs webhooks and JSON for integrating design and automation tools;
• Familiarity with AI tools for content generation (text image or video);
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n Make or Zapier would be a plus;
• System-thinking mindset: able to map design and optimize multi-step creative processes;
• Collaborative experimental and data-driven: comfortable bridging design and technology to prototype and optimize new automated experiences.

Salary: 2500-3500 eur/gross. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. We are committed to attracting the best talent and are open to negotiating salaries above this range.
