Job Summary
We are looking for a forward-thinking AI Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions in the customer service domain. This role is ideal for someone passionate about innovation digital transformation and creating real impact through intelligent technologies.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Developing and implementing AI products for customer service managing the full lifecycle from idea to execution
- Ensuring successful product development integration into business operations and ongoing support
- Leading a cross-functional AI project team (including IT specialists data analysts software developers UX/UI designers business analysts and process managers)
- Translating business and customer needs into clear product requirements and priorities
- Managing project execution planning coordinating tracking progress mitigating risks managing the project budget and ensuring timely delivery
- Researching market trends exploring AI use cases and running pilot initiatives
- Defining and tracking AI product performance indicators and setting measurable goals
Qualifications :
- University degree
- 3 years of experience in product or product management innovation or digital transformation.
- Understanding of AI/ML technologies chatbots automation data analytics personalization
- Experience with agent-based systems and chatbot implementation in large organizations
- Understanding of programming languages used for AI model development
- Solid technical knowledge of databases analytics tools and machine learning
- Strong stakeholders management communication and analytical skills
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and spoken Lithuanian and English
- Strong leadership constructive mindset and results-oriented approach
Would be an advantage:
- Experience in developing and implementing LLMs AI or digital service products
- Familiarity with internal enterprise information systems
- Experience with AI or automation solutions in customer service
- Experience with Azure Vertex AI Python and GenAI libraries and task management systems
- Strong change management and project management skills (Agile Scrum)
