Market Pay is hiring a Product Owner !

Your Role

As a Product Owner youll own and shape our enterprise payment solutions bridging customer needs business objectives and technical excellence.

You will:

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision roadmap and priorities.
  • Collaborate with clients partners and internal teams to transform complex requirements into simple scalable payment solutions.
  • Partner with development and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery and integration.
  • Write user stories acceptance criteria and process flows that drive clarity and impact.
  • Conduct gap analyses and continuously look for ways to improve and productize our solutions.
  • Act as the voice of the customer ensuring each feature delivers value and aligns with Market Pays strategic goals.
  • Participate in 3rd-party certification programs and regulatory initiatives.
  • Suggest new product features and contribute to continuous improvement of agile practices.

    Your Profile

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent professional experience.
    • 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a software development or fintech environment.
    • Hands-on experience with payment interfaces and standards (XML JSON ISO20022 ISO8583).
    • Strong background in requirements definition data modeling and stakeholder management.
    • Excellent communication skills and proven client-facing experience.

    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Organized multitasker you deliver high-quality work even under pressure.
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
    • Valid EU work permit.

    In Your First 6 Months You Will

    • Complete a comprehensive onboarding including tools security and process training.
    • Attend an in-person newcomers workshop (travel may be required).
    • Build strong relationships with teammates across Europe.
    • Contribute to strategic projects and own your first product backlog.
